Widen Your Stance Group

8 weeks of yoga-based Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) in a group setting. Each week, our session will explore yoga concepts and practices that offer different perspectives and ways of relating with our thoughts and feelings. For anyone who is feeling ready to level up and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life, we will cultivate greater flexibility in the way we move through the world, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
